We stand behind the quality of our sleep products and want you to have the best experience possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.
Special Conditions for Tape Orders
If you purchase our tape, you may use the first 30-day pack. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the remaining packs for a refund. However, the rest of the packs must be untouched and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: To start a return, email us at hello@sleepsyco.com with your order number, a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item, and any relevant photos if the item is defective.
2. Receive Return Authorization (RA): Upon review, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back without an RA number.
3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the Item: If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
If the item was defective or the fault lies with us, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at hello@sleepsyco.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
• Gift cards
• Used or opened items (unless defective)

We reserve the right to modify or change this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our return terms.
